Great video! They do it the old fashioned way. I thought it was interesting that he pointed out the "old school" bike they are building for a collector in Kyoto, with the old style brakes and stuff.

Somewhere the plan for this bike was posted but I cannot now find it.

And did you notice the "porteur" bike in the shop also ?
