Dear Fred,

Hopefully you have a 70's or earlier 'sport' frame with Campagnolo long dropouts and eyelets that you were hoping to build up as a touring frame with the GB randonneur bars.

Push the dropout adjusters all the way back, pull the axle back all the way, and and measure the wheelbase. If the wheelbase is 41.5" or longer, and if the center of the bottom bracket is 10.5" off the ground or lower, then your frame is worthy of the GB randonneur bars.

Otherwise, it's a half-breed Criterium frame, totally unworthy, probably from Italy, throw it in the trash and get something better, maybe from Great Britain, to complement your wonderful bars, and join the iBOB mailing list... :-) :-) :-)
