I just had an interesting experience shipping a frame for a list member. I used a bike box from a shop and the Kinkos/FedEx guy refused to accept it, saying they had too many insurance claims and I had to use one of their boxes. Since I've shipped a lot of frames over the years it sounded like upselling to me so I went to another FedEx location and they shipped it without a problem. A word to the shipping wise.
