Contrary to what has been said I do not machine Campy cranks to create triples. A number of list members do it and you could probably check the archives for exact names I have had this done by others a couple of times and have related my experiences on CR. .. 3M adhesives ie: ''Fast Tack'' and ''Weather strip'' adhesives probably have changed a lot over the years and I would worry about current versions and solvent contained in them. I know of a rubber glue (Gummi) that is a brush top and will investigate if it contains strong solvents. Super glue contains a very volatile solvent and I would not trust it on paint.
