Subject: Re: [CR] dating Normandy Hubs

I acquired an early '60's Peugeot equipped with large flange steel wingnutted hubs. Hubs are stamped "NEW STAR" and wingnuts are marked "DFV". I cannot find any information on who may have manufactured these hubs, but I suspect it may have been Normandy, or perhaps some other manufacturer acquired by Normandy.

The hubs/wingnuts are identical to those on the 1962 PX 50 on the peugeotshow site.

Does anyone know who may have manufactured these hubs and wingnuts?
