Megacool! Note the classic wool Weils/ Groene Leuw jerseys. I also note the French tricoleur. At first I thought it was the French champion, but there are several, so I think France must have entered a national team. Looks like the Canadians, Italians and maybe Spanish also had national teams.

\r?\n> Hi All
\r?\n> While searching for vintage bike racing clips, I came
\r?\n> across this link to
\r?\n> the beautiful film of the '73 Giro d'Italia, Stars and
\r?\n> Watercarriers.
\r?\n>
\r?\n> I'm sure most of you have seen it and own it, but for those
\r?\n> few who have not
\r?\n> seen it, or those who have not seen it in a while, here is
\r?\n> the link
\r?\n>
\r?\n> http://www.youtube.com/
\r?\n>
\r?\n> If you click on the 'Play all videos' button on that
\r?\n> page, the nine parts
\r?\n> will play in sequence.
\r?\n>
\r?\n> Enjoy!
\r?\n>
\r?\n> Oh and also the short 16 minute film '60 cycles' of the
\r?\n> 1965 Tour Cycliste
\r?\n> du Saint-Laurent in Quebec, the longest amateur tour of the
\r?\n> time I believe,
\r?\n> 2400 km's
\r?\n>
\r?\n> A really fun film, well shot. It starts out in
\r?\n> French, but there is very
\r?\n> little narration so is appropriate for all languages. The
\r?\n> soundtrack is
\r?\n> awesome!
