Hmmm, I'd never heard of a "long-wheelbase" (41.5") Paramount. My '71 P13 and P15 both measured 40.0"; and Ral Int'l was 41.0". Brings up questions: What was last-year of long-WB P'mounts? Was extra length primarily in chainstays? Did this apply to only "touring" P'mounts? Inquisitive minds need to know!

Also of interest, a pic of said '69 P'mount reveals stem shifters as on Varsinentals, etc. Odd choice...I would put the bike back in balance by installing Schwinn's Pie-Plate spoke-protector.
