Very nice. These are becomming more interesting to me as I leave behing one interest and persue another. The interesting bikes for me now are the Jack Taylor brand and the 1950's British and French bikes. BT

I purchased the McLean from a list member Tom Hayes a while back and decided to build it up all French. Collecting all the parts took awhile but I think the result turned out nicely and was somewhat more interesting than an all-Campy build. The only non-French parts are the pump peg and drop-out adjuster screws. I've tried to set it up as a fast touring bike. I'm still looking for some French fenders and have yet to mount the TA front rack and Berthoud bag. The serial number is 29012 which would put it around a 1982 according to our esteemed listmaster. It was repainted and re-decaled by Franklin Frames.
The Behringer was a recent purchase. I posted some pictures of the Pino parts a couple of weeks ago. This bike is in "as received" condition except the rims were without tires. It came with three wheel-sets. The one pictured is a Campy/Martano combo. It also came with a Suntour Superbe/Matrix wheel-set and a Hi-E/Fiamme Ergal wheel-set that needs some repair to the rear hub. I believe the bottom bracket, QR skewers and seat post are Pino. The pedals are Barelli, the headset FT Bologna. Everything else is your typical early 1970's Campy. There's a 1972 date code on the rear derailler. The flat qr levers on the brakes, the brake levers, the no-date-code cranks, the Milano logo Cinelli stem and the flat cage front changer would seem to confirm a circa 1972 build. I especially like the hollow treatment of the seat and chain stay ends at the drop-outs. Although, I need to clean those out and grease or oil them up.
