It has the correct lugs, fork crown, and rear centerpull cable-stop bridge to be an early-to-mid-60's Carlton Flyer. I've told the seller as much, but I think he's a Reg Harris fan and he seems reluctant to edit all the Reg Harris trivia out of his auction ...
