I've looked over the archives, but between the myriad hits and issues with common search terms, I'm finding it hard to get the info on this topic. I know the answers to these questions often change, too, so I'm asking:
Whole bikes from the UK to the USA. Who's the preferred shipper? How is it usually handled? One box or two? Are there box size constraints? What about customs complications? How much will it cost? How disassembled do folks suggest?

Thanks, everybody...looking forward to this bike arriving. Intact, hopefully. I know it won't be cheap, but that's Ok in this instance.
