Desperately seeking lugged Winter bike (53 cm): After being away from lugged steel bikes for far too many years, I would really like to purchase one for winter riding. I'm currently riding a Bianchi (made from an off topic material), but long for the feel of lightweight vintage touring bike steel under my saddle. Since this will be my winter bike, fenders are a must (although if the bike doesn't have them, but they can be acquired elsewhere, I'll consider that), and I'll need clearance for 28 mm tires.
