Thanks for al the responds,

today i contacted the guy who sold me the Raleigh Proffesional, he said that he bought the bike rond 1970, the drivetrain was refreshed mid 70's what's correct when in look at the derailleurs. He told me that he got the bike in this paint scheme it has not be repainted.

this bike is quite confusing
