Hello Everybody,
Could any of you give me advise how to loosen the more modern Cinelli stem that has the black black plastic Cinelli logo badge on front and the adjustment for the stem tightening and loosening the vertical bolt. It will not loosen and we want to save the stem and throw the bars in a pile. This is my friends project and any advise would be helpful for him. a photo is attached. Thanks for any advise.
