I am returning to the list after a 3 year absence. My name is Karl Edwards, I am a freelance illustrator and I currently live in Portland, Oregon. My interest in cycling began in the early 80's with an obsession with collecting, riding and restoring pre-1900 bicycles, including ordinaries, hard tire safeties and early pneumatics. My current interest is collecting vintage lightweight bicycles, primarily British, and tricycles, which include a mixte Jack Taylor trike and a Mercian/Newton tricycle conversion.
