Truls Johnsen from the Framebuilders list is selling a few bikes including a Monark and a Merckx-built Crescent. While there are a lot of 1970's Crescents over here, I don't believe I've ever seen a Monark lightweight in the states. I also didn't know there was a Merckx connection with Crescent - perhaps only distributed in Europe?
Links to photos of these below in Truls' post. Note that he doesn't have pricing, but I thought that the Monark should be seen by CR members. I'm curious about whether Monark did any finish filing of the lugs in contrast to the out-of-the-box Nervex Series Professionel lugs on virtually all of the Crescents I've seen. Any owners out there among CR members?
