Steven,

I looked into it and believe you are completely correct that this is a clear case of abuse. Bidder 2 from the first auction has over 80 and Bidder 5 from the second has over 50 - all with the same seller only (This is the most recent 30 days!). They have 13 and 8 "wins" and yet both have zero feedback.

This other frame was also "won by the same Bidder 5 - now Bidder 3: http://ebay.com/<blah> http://ebay.com/<blah &item=170414622457 which reappeared for sale here: http://ebay.com/<blah> http://ebay.com/<blah &item=170417817926

If there is a good explanation - it would be interesting to hear

About one week ago, I pointed out a Chesini frame that was up for sale. It was bid up to an amount that would still have made the frame purchase what I believe to have been quite a good deal. Oddly enough, the same frame popped up once more this week, even though it had apparently sold the last time. I therefore checked into the bidding pattern of both the last auction as well as the relisting and lo and behold a truly strange bidding pattern turns up.

In auction http://ebay.com/<blah> check out bidder 2 (the winning bidder) although he has been an ebay member for 2-3 years, he has absolutely no feedback and has apparently bid only on items of one single seller.

In the relisting http://ebay.com/<blah> bidder 5, looks curiously similar to bidder 2 of the previous auction. Again no feedback and only bids placed are on objects put up for sale by one single seller.

Am I reading too much into this or does something really stink here?
