Matt, Assistente del Despoto Omnipotente, I just measured up MY early 60's Frejus chrome track bike and... -rear spacing is 120mm ( measures at 120.5mm) -Bottom Bracket is 70 mm (measures at 69.5mm

I can't say this is what existed"originally", but she is what she is.

I would look at the stays and see if anything is bent first. Sometimes getting proper (good, no unusual noise) chainline, is trial and error. Find BOTH axles and get some beer and have some fun.
