there is one problem with this frame. the rear derailleur hanger has been cut off.
candy blue with black nervex lugs chrome stays and fork tips has usual use wear but not bad would make a killer fixed gear or use a derailleur hanger has the simplex drop outs with fang on the left side. $200.00 shipped u.s.
