Looking more closely at the photos in my blog under Falck, I see that the Falck decals on the red bike says "E. Bozzi, SpA".

Thanks Martin, great information, sorting out that the Libellula tubing was not related to Falck. It would be neat to find more info on the track tubing to document the flared chainstays, ovalized seatstays and quite large blades found on a Frejus.

Actually the patent you referenced only further references a Castello Mario & Figlio patent GB1112828 (and family) from 1968.

The company was still around in 2006, as i just found; it got granted a patent for a "Transportable Bicycle comprising a dismanable frame and reduced-size pedals and handlebars" -> http://www.boliven.com/patent/EP1583687/
