Time frame is they came off a 1965 "Youngs " (English) laced to Campy
high flange record hubs and fiamme red label rims.
The spoke surface is slightly rusty, and they appear to be nickel or
chrome plated (flaking) so I'm interested in cleaning them up and
after some advice on the best way to do that. So suggestions please..
