I haven't seen anyone discuss them yet on this list, so I wanted to mention a couple of Brooks products that make a nice addition to the restoration of 1930s bikes. I recently bought the Brooks toe straps and toe clips that are described by Brooks as reproductions of their straps and clips from the 1930s. They're a little pricey, but shop around the internet and you can find some better prices. The clips have a nice metallic matte finish and the Brooks logo. The straps come in black, antique brown, and honey and have the unique Brooks 1930s quick-release buckle and the name Brooks embossed into the leather. I used them on my '38 Schwinn Superior and '38 Schwinn Paramount and they look really nice and are supposedly period-correct (in appearance).
I have nothing to gain by promoting these--just wanted to bring to your attention a nice product that I think a lot of us might find useful on our old classics.
