Hi,

As a kid growing up in Scotland it was standard practice on Flying Scots to use gears in summer and switch to fixed wheel in winter so that derailleur lug should remain.

far;Mondial on Ebay

Here's another example on ebay. An Eisentraut fixie. Item number: 190309501371

I know this is nobody's business but the owner of said bike but yet is still rubs my fur the wrong way. Why not use it as a fixie and leave the braze on's there so it can be returned to its original state without repainting. Do those little braze'ons bother people so much????
