Re: 650b panaracers.
Stephen first check that your rims are genuinely 650b's ... I've had friends trying this on 650a's with the same problem. or was it 650a tires on 650b rims? Anyway, you see what I'm getting at.
Secondly, I have bought the same tires and know first hand that they were a tight fit and my Araya rims are a good deal wider than your Rigida's. It doesn't feel good or make sense but sometimes you gotta muscle a tire onto the rim. In time I've learnt that this has it's benefits and it's not something to alarmed over.
If everything were a perfect fit divorce lawyers would be broke and the world would seem like some Mills & Boon novel.
