The Spring swap tends to be lighter than the fall swap. With the rain earlier in the day and the forecast for bad weather which never did pan out, some people may have chosen not to attend. Yes, the economy may also have contributed to lighter attendence as well. T-town is still one of the better northeast swaps though and the fall swap is the main event. A few years back, the track tried to do a summer swap with poor results.
