When I tried latex tubes in clinchers years ago you could use a Rema patch and rubber cement. And old sew-ups often had latex tubes- maybe still do. Not sure the new tubes are exactly the same but probably are. I've seen patch kits in bike shops and advertised as being specially for latex tubes, I'd hope they are better than Remas and rubber cement somehow because I doubt they're cheaper.
