The Victory group probably puts it out of scope for this list but I don't know of any way to pin point the frame's date of manufacture - nothing like a serial number or anything that can be decifered. As John points out, the component group gives you a general range of years. Paint schemes and decals will help narrow that down. A number of championships were won on Bottecchia badged bikes and those championships are listed on the down tube and seat tube decals - the Italian Championship in '85 and the World Championship in '85, '86' and '89. Around 1987 they switched from block lettering to cursive script for the "Bottecchia" logos on most bikes although many of the "team edition" paint schemes maintained the block lettering into the early 90's. If the Victory group is original to the bike, that puts it in the 1983-85 era.
