Motobecane GT frames and bikes show up on eBay quite frequently. Unfortunately a lot of them tend to be in the larger sizes.

Another consideration would be a Grand Jubile. They have pretty similar frame geometry. The early 70s bikes had the 3 main tubes Reynolds 531. Later versions were Vitus 172 main tubes or complete Vitus 172 frames.

If you don't find one, a competent frame builder can easily replace the broken dropout.
