Michael,

They were offered with mostly Campy but the rear derailleur has been upgraded from Nuovo Gran Sport to Nuovo Record as have the shift levers. The brakes are a definite upgrade. My 1978 Comp GS came with Universal Special calipers and levers. The saddle is an upgrade too. This looks like the same year as mine having the 4 star Reynolds 531 sticker:

IMHO these are worth upgrading/changing to your own personal taste and it is still probably my lightest vintage bike. If you don't mind the toe overlap. ;>)...
