David, All the answers so far are ALLOT of trouble to go through. If it's a clean cut, just chamfer the edges with a flat file. The cone will just thread right on. If there's damage further down the line, then the cone (go back and forth) will clean that up too. You will also have to clean up the hole with a round file a bit.
