The Winner was available in 5 speed and even with alloy cogs early on. The Fuji newest came with the 5 speed alloy in 13-21 if I remember. See http://www.yellowjersey.org/stfw.html  . Yellow jersey also offers a cool manual, standard and built freewhee ls and cogs.
