I would be pretty sure those are CLB levers. I have a couple of pair. The hoods, which you do not have, were not the most comfy, especially by our tougher standards of today, but when compared to hoods which would have been contemporary, they were fine. Mine came with centerpulls that had shoes adjustable in all three ways just like MAFACs. The quality of finish on the levers was decidedly than on the calipers.
