Fairly new to the list and classic/vintage world.
WTB. I need "one" dust cap for a Grand Sport pedal (model 3700), and "two" dust caps for c-record pedals (model 305/501).
My question is this. In the time period 70's and 80's, are all dust caps the same size diameter and threads? If I cannot find the "correct" dust cap, could I use another. Axles for pedals, I believe are the same size, 9/16, except for the early Dura Ace which is a 1" axle.
