The photo on Velospace shows the correct chainset for the post-war RRA.

The wingnuts aren't the RRA pattern, which were unusual, in that they had the "wings" on the bolts. They are of the correct period, however.

you'll see what I mean. I'm not sure whether the wing bolt illustrated was from an RRA, since it's made of steel, and not aluminium alloy, which I've been told was used for the RRA wing bolts; however, it's of the correct pattern. Raleigh used chromed steel wing bolts of the same pattern as the RRA alloy ones on other sporting models.
