Has there been a change in the percentage of sellers who know what they are talking about versus those who don't?

Has there been change in the number of honest sellers versus dishonest sellers?

Anyhow...I'm sure someone will post what has already been posted several times in the past regarding Aelle tubing among other Columbus tubings...
