Back in the day, in the 70s, early 80s, as discussed, there were Sugino, Suntour and SR chainsets, the high-end ones being copies more or less of Campagnolo Record chainsets. I seem to remember that they all came out of the same factory? Now I've stumbled on a brand I've never seen or heard of before: Hanabisi. The drive side arm is 'swaged' or riveted, bcd is 144 mm. And they're made in Japan. Here are pics:

Anyone know anything about this brand? On bikepimp.co.uk there once was a mention of a Hanabisi chainset, but that page doesnt exist anymore.
