Yeah, not at all "normal" design for a bike that size. I think here's a case of engineer types figuring out things in their heads without much, if any, real world experience. Sure, sometimes one has to experiment to learn; I just hope the designer was the owner of the bike so they could experience what happens when one steps outside the boundaries of what is known and proved to work. The best way to improve the bicycle is to improve the rider.

I could not make out all the dimensions but the CAD drawing shows 76 degree head angle, 78 degree seat angle, and either 58 or 68 mm of bottom bracket drop, and what appears to be a declining top tube.

Rigi-esque plus.
