I may have not been clear with my earlier post. I just a freewheel removal
tool that will work with a Regina freewheel on the old Phil Wood hubs. For
instance a Park Tool will not go on far enough to engage the grooves in the
inside of the freewheel because the inside of the tool is slightly tapered.
Phil Wood used to make them. They have advised me that no other tool will
fit. They long ago discontinued it and have been looking through old stock
for a month with no luck.
