Jon,

The 3v decals have been reproduced, so any of the painters on the list (me included) can get them. The orignals were probably varnish or solvent transfers, the repro's are dry ap.

Unless you have pictures of the bike before it was stripped, it may not be possible to determine which variant of the decals is exactly correct.
