Which model? The P3 is the most common steel Stronglight headset followed by the V4 Competition (Peugeot PX-10) and the the S7 Super Competition which were similar to Campys (only better). ;-)
In a pinch, there are several Tange models that have similar looking bottom cups and available with a 27mm crown race. I've picked these up for >$10 to $30. Just use the bottom parts and save the rest.
