I use Yahoo! Mail and get the digests, but delivery of them is often spotty.
My membership of the list was suspended yesterday, too, but I did get the warning and immediately re-upped.
Digests sometimes arrive out of order and some digests never appear at all. Here is my experience over the past few days ...

As you can see, no issues 40, 42, 45, 48, 52 or 54 and I'm never sure what to make of the time-stamps - I've only just got issue#57 at around 10:30am Central on Friday 12 (yet it says 10:02pm on the 11th). And I got issue#56 at about the same time!
