I have some pictures showing the Gran Compe brakes and levers that came with my 1976 Centurion Semi Pro:

Note that in the newer pictures at the top of the page, the levers were swapped (to Modolos with Dia Compe hoods).

The circa 1979-1980 Centurion catalog on Velobase (listed as a 1983 catalog) shows the Gran Compe sidepulls from whatever year that catalog represents:
