Barrie

Thank you for doing that but I think the frame is too small for six foot Xan - which is  a pity. He would have been a very lucky young man to get a Colin Laing - I have looked at a number of sites and his bikes are beautiful. If you hear of a 59/60cm frame /bike  for sale I think there is a potential buyer here - not I hasten to add in the top bracket.

As I read your postings on CR i think of what I have aquired - my list - most seem to fit perfectly into your list of the undesirable - 66/82 and sometime late 80's Harry Quinns, Roy Thame 1983, Holdsworth Special 1975, Chesini 1979, Bottechia 1971, Zutterline 19..?? track, Elii- Briggs 60's, Tomassini 1994, Ribble 1993, Merlin Cielo 2004, Condor Trattello Tour 2003, Gazelle AA Special. I must cycle down and invite you for a cup of tea when the sun breaks through or are you a coffee man?

Thanks again

yours Doug Branson
