I own its sibling, a Maxisports TT frame used by Thierry Marie. It is an
absolutely beautiful piece of lugless framebuilding. (Pics at

The Jeker frame, unfortunately, is mising the fork which would be very hard to find. The frame is for a 28"/26" wheel combo.
The authenticity is easy to check, the Mxisports pro frames seem to have the riders initials as part of the serial number, mine is stamped "MT xxxxx".
The Maxisports "normal" frames for Castorama also were lugless, here is
a pic of Jeker at the 1993 TdF
