I think this one was called the Super Carrera. It was a favorite of the nerdy type value oriented customer as it had nice components for the money along with the decent frame. These guys would come in with notes, a calculator, and prices from other shops and you knew it would be a long day. The Mexican made Windsor hubs, headsets, spokes and rims on the various models had their shortcomings though. Never saw the Super Carrera with Columbus tubing. I have to say I did not enjoy selling Windsors and usually attemped to show the relatively greater value of a more consistent make, although I personally thought my Pro track bike was excellent and the rims lasted for my use. That doesn't look like any Sport model I've seen. Looks more like---perhaps it's a Carrera? Carrera Sports were quite heavy!  Not even chromoly. I'm being given a Windsor Carrera Sport by my Great-Eddy-Merckx-Riding-Buddy Chuck Johnston from Colorado. (Thanks Chuck!) It's a Carrera Sport, but has a Columbus tubing decal. (see pics at: http://www.flickr.com/photos/davefromaine/ ) Anyone heard of this lower-end Windsor being made with anything other than Chromoly or Tange? I assume the foil decal is original given the condition of the paint. Dave Whitney
