Subject: [CR] NH Seacoast spring ride?

Looking to see if there's interest in an informal CR ride in the South East New Hampshire area Saturday 27 or Sunday 28 March. Tony Taylor (Manchester) and I (Stratham/Exeter) are planning a first meeting and retro ride (on topic bikes) and flexible about which day.

The idea is to meet, ride, then relax have coffee (or pizza or beer or whatever ... depends on time of day. Haven't done "breakfast beer" since college a long time ago). Start/stop point would be somewhere between the two of us (Raymond?) and we could settle on that as a group depending on geographic distro of those interested. Roads in the region offer rolling terrain, light traffic, and no more pot-holes than any other New England area. (bring spare tubes!).

Start time TBD - 08:30? - and distance at the discretion of the riders who meet ... probably depend on what bikes are there and the spring fitness. The idea is to gather the faithful, not play Anquetil beating Poulidor ... Retro bikes preferred, but if you have been lurking and not started collecting, or your project is still in the shop, come out anyway and meet the group.

Please contact me off-list at rhillery@hawksi.org so we can coordinate. I'll cc all those who respond as we firm this up.

Thanks - and hope to meet other steel addicts there!
