[CR] Anyone heard of a builder "Rubuzzi" from Houston?

I attended the Bike Summit in Washington DC this week and had a fellow talk about a custom bike he bought in 1973 or so by a builder named "Rubuzzi" or similar from Houston, Texas. This was a new one to me, has anyone information about this?
