Subject: [CR] Raleigh Super Course Help Request

A friend of mine is looking to acquire a bike for commuting and possibly loaded touring. Being that she's about 5'4", frames that size are difficult to find. Yesterday I ran into a circa 1970 (I'm guessing) Raleigh Super Course that at first glance at least seems to fit the bill. My thoughts are to install modern deraillers and compact double crankset to replace the original cottered steel set and call it done.

Any thoughts/suggestions, or any issues with threads etc... that I should be aware of?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
