Tim, sounds like you scored a good one... Falcon San Remos are hard to find it seems. There is only one suitable colour for this, of course, and it's Falcon Racing Blue. If this isn't the prettiest racing bike ever made, it's gotta be in the running. I suspect any reputable frame painter has already matched this colour before but I had McCormack Paints here in Washington DC match up the colour for a pint of touch-up and the paint codes or formula is on the can if that helps. I suspect this might be able to be translated into proper auto enamel for a respray.

Does yours have the chromed lugs? This was an option which mine has but mine is later and has an all chromed fork as well. Here are pix and details of mine:

This has a very distinctive ride with the traditional long chainstays and relaxed rear triangle with room for a fist between the rear wheel and seat post but a surprisingly tight front end so you get what I find a very pleasing mix even if I don't find Falcons to be particularly light in actual weight or ride feeling. But she got me out to Cirque 2008 and back in 103 deg. weather in good time and did herself proud in the judging, too!
