Just about any Suntour or Huret pullies will do the job as they typically have 6mm holes and same overall thickness. In a pinch, I have also secured pullies with a longer, 5mm bolt, thin nut and a drop of loctite, which is working fine on one of my 3 Fujis (Suntour equipped, with Italian-made, 5mm-holed ball-bearing pullies), but spoke clearance does need to be considered with the added nut on there.
