At one time Phil had published guide lines for which Bb fit what crank. IIRC there was about one chainring's difference between where a Campy crank fit onto a Phil axle VS a Stronglight. The Stronglight needed a longer axle for the same chain line spec. Have you checked Phil's web site or called them directly?
